Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Responsibility

Ecomruns primarily provides digital and managed services. However, in cases where product sourcing, fulfillment, or physical order handling is involved through your automated e-commerce store, the following shipping policies apply.

Shipping and fulfillment are managed via the platforms we automate on your behalf, such as:

  • Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
  • Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services)
  • Shopify integrated suppliers (AliExpress, Spocket, Print-on-Demand, etc.)
  • TikTok Shop Fulfillment Partners

Ecomruns acts as your management partner, overseeing the process—but shipping is fulfilled by third-party providers, platforms, or dropshipping suppliers.

Processing Time

Order processing times depend on the platform and supplier. Estimated timelines:

Shopify / POD 2–5 business days
TikTok Shop 2–5 business days

Processing begins once an order is confirmed and stock is available.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond Ecomruns' control.

Tracking & Updates

Tracking numbers are generated automatically by the fulfillment partner and will be available via:

  • The connected e-commerce platform dashboard (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  • Your store's customer order system
  • Optional integration into your CRM/email notifications

Shipping Disclaimers

  • Ecomruns does not physically handle or ship products.
  • We do not guarantee shipping times for third-party suppliers.
  • We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless explicitly stated in your service package.
  • We recommend enabling shipping insurance or adding clear shipping terms to your customer-facing store.
