Ecomruns offers end-to-end e-commerce services across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok. These services may include:

• Done-For-You (DFY) store setup and management
• Product sourcing and brand development
• Strategy consultations and automation
• LLC formation and business infrastructure setup

We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To deliver your services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Cooperate during onboarding, calls, or strategy sessions
• Maintain communication throughout the project timeline
• Follow platform-specific guidelines (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

Failure to comply may delay your service delivery or result in cancellation.

All services must be paid in full before delivery begins unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement. We accept secure online payment methods.

• No service will begin until payment is confirmed
• Custom or milestone-based projects will follow agreed terms

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

All branding, creative work, and e-commerce assets we develop for you (logos, listings, store names, etc.) are yours once the project is complete and paid for in full.

Ecomruns retains the right to use anonymized visuals of completed projects for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

We do not guarantee sales, platform approvals, or account performance, as outcomes depend on many external factors including client responsiveness, product market conditions, and platform policies.

You may not use our services to:

• Misrepresent business identity
• Violate any platform's terms of service
• Engage in illegal or unethical practices
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

All client information, business data, and communication will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will never sell, share, or misuse your data.

Ecomruns is not liable for:

• Platform suspension or rejections
• Third-party delays (e.g., supplier, platform, payment gateway)
• Business losses or missed profits arising from use or misuse of our services

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
